On multiple occasions, when adding a 6-port mesh box 450.00.042, the “Adding Device Failed” screen came up. I would press “Try again”, and each time it would successfully add the box.

This seems to happen when you delete (and reset) a Mesh Box in the application and then immediately add it again. Previously found devices are still "cached" and displayed immediately. Selecting one of the previously found devices results in the described behavior. Thanks for the tip!
